mum asked me to make a couple of tray bakes for her tea party the other day...i was rather pleased with how they turned out and thought they would make a nice alternative to a layered birthday cake too...
talking of layered birthday cakes have made a few of those lately too...

will be making one for jessica on saturday too...might try red velvet with pink vanilla frosting just like the one i made for a friends little girl...i even got paid to make that one...i had edible photo icing made up with a photo of her on it, was fab...

Have been baking all afternoon as mum me and laura are having a go at running a cafe for the day tomorrow...wish us luck please x
